62.1

Concerning the things that belong to our worship and are most beneficial for a virtuous life for those who wish to conduct themselves reverently and righteously, we have written to you sufficiently, brothers and sisters.

62.2

For we have touched on every aspect of faith, repentance, genuine love, self-control, sobriety, and endurance, reminding you that you must please Almighty God reverently in righteousness, truth, and patience, living in harmony without resentment, in love and peace with earnest graciousness, just as our fathers mentioned above pleased him by being humble-minded toward God, the Father and Creator, and toward all people.

62.3

And we reminded you of these things all the more gladly because we knew clearly that we were writing to people who are faithful and most esteemed and who have studied deeply the oracles of God's discipline.
