Gerontius

Abba Gerontius of Petra said, “Many who are tempted by bodily pleasures commit fornication in thought without joining their bodies to another; and while keeping their bodies virginal, they commit fornication in their souls. It is good, beloved, to do what is written, and for each person to guard his own heart with all vigilance.”
