It is not because I have learned that anything like this is among you, but I guard you beforehand because you are beloved by me, since I foresee the snares of the devil. Therefore, take up gentleness and recover yourselves in faith, which is the flesh of the Lord, and in love, which is the blood of Jesus Christ.

Let no one among you hold anything against his neighbor. Do not give occasions to the Gentiles, so that the multitude in God may not be blasphemed because of a few foolish people. For, “Woe to him through whom my name is blasphemed in vain among some.”
