Therefore appoint for yourselves bishops and deacons worthy of the Lord—men who are gentle, not lovers of money, truthful, and proven—for they too carry out for you the ministry of the prophets and teachers.
Therefore do not disregard them, for they are your honored ones together with the prophets and teachers.
Correct one another, not in anger but in peace, as you have in the Gospel. Let no one speak to anyone who has acted wrongly toward another, nor let that person hear a word from you, until he repents.
Carry out your prayers, your almsgiving, and all your deeds as you have in the Gospel of our Lord.
