If Jesus Christ counts me worthy through your prayer, and if it is his will, in a second little book that I intend to write to you I will explain further the plan I have begun to set out concerning the new man Jesus Christ, in his faith and his love, in his suffering and resurrection—
especially if the Lord reveals to me that all of you, each one, gather together in common in grace from the Name, in one faith and in Jesus Christ, who according to the flesh is from the family of David, the Son of Man and Son of God, so that you obey the bishop and the presbytery with an undistracted mind, breaking one bread, which is the medicine of immortality, the antidote against dying, but for living in Jesus Christ forever.
