Welcoming your mind in God, established as upon an immovable rock, I give exceeding glory, having been counted worthy of your blameless face, of which may I have joy in God.
I exhort you, in the grace with which you have been clothed, to add to your course and to exhort everyone so that they may be saved. Vindicate your office with every diligence, both fleshly and spiritual. Care for unity, than which nothing is better. Bear everyone, as the Lord also bears you; endure everyone in love, just as you do.
Devote yourself to unceasing prayers. Ask for more understanding than you have. Keep watch, possessing a sleepless spirit. Speak to each person individually according to God’s disposition. Bear the illnesses of everyone as a perfect athlete. Where the toil is greater, the gain is great.
