10.1

Since, in accordance with your prayer and with the compassion you have in Christ Jesus, it was reported to me that the Church in Antioch of Syria is at peace, it is fitting for you, as a Church of God, to appoint a deacon to serve there as God’s ambassador, so as to rejoice together with them when they have gathered in one place and to glorify the Name.

10.2

Blessed in Jesus Christ is the one who will be counted worthy of such a ministry, and you also will be glorified. If you are willing, it is not impossible for you to do this for the sake of the name of God, just as the nearest Churches have sent bishops, and others presbyters and deacons.
